Indoor Pool Ventilation Update
Tomorrow 10th April the contractors will be working on installing the new indoor pool ventilation system approved at the EGM late last year.
The indoor pool will remain OPEN during this time but it may be noisy.

Tennis Court Closure
The tennis courts nets have been scheduled for replacement for both tennis courts.
During this time, the tennis courts will be closed.

Here at Kooindah Waters we have volunteer groups who go out on a regular basis to help keep our community common areas and the golf course looking beautiful.
They are currently seeking volunteers to assist in community efforts. If you are available and are interested in contributing, your support would be greatly appreciated.

Pond Wall Cleaning
The pond wall cleaning will be continue and be completed on Friday 6th December
The cleaners will be using water only during this time

Tuesday 26th November the Tennis Courts will be closed from 7am to 3pm for pressure washing
Wednesday 27th November the artificial pond walls will be pressure cleaned starting at 7am using water only

November Newsletter
November Newsletter is out and provides important dates to remember
Tree Trimming and Gardening work
On Tuesday, 5th November, Coastal Tree Care will be trimming some trees and tidying up some gardens around the estate.
The tree trimming will take place in the following areas
- Boundary Drive
- Corner of Emerald and Championship
- Footpath next to the reserve on Championship Drive
- Reserve on Gallery Circuit
- and opposite 31 Parry Parade
This will start at 7.30am and finish at around 3.30pm
Please note that the trimming process will be noisy due to chainsaws and mulching

Indoor Pool and Facilities closure
Please be aware that the indoor pool and facilities area will be closed for cleaning of the tiles and grout.
Date: 29th October 2024
Time: 8am to 11am
Access to the outdoor pool is still available, however all other areas will be closed including the gym, indoor pool, sauna and toilets.

New Awning Roofing and Closures
This week, to provide better coverage, comfort, and safety for our residents, new roofing will be installed
Keeping Kooindah Waters Safe and Beautiful
To allow for better lighting of the path between the tennis courts and the spa the bamboo was cut/trimmed yesterday
Outdoor Pool Notice
Our wonderful pool volunteers have report that every day they are finding duck faeces on the wall that separates the kiddie pool from the big pool.
As a deterrent, cones have been placed on the separation wall between the two pools.
Please leave the cones in place for now. We will be monitoring the situation over the next week or two.

Tennis Court Closure
** RESCHEDULED **
Weather permitting, on the 24th of August, the tennis courts will be closed from 7am until 1pm for repair work on the lights. This will necessitate the use of a scissor lift, hence the closure during this time.

Just letting residents know that bike racks, as requested by residents have now been installed in the BBQ area near the pool

Thank you to the volunteers for the front entrance replacement.

Taped Off Areas
To all Residents, you may have noticed that some pickets and barrier tape going up around some of our gardens and grassed area.
This has been put up by the Committee in order to protect and in some cases recover from the rain and weather we have had lately. Please be mindful around Kooindah Waters so that we can maintain a beautiful area to live in.
Speed Hump Removal
Speed hump removals has been completed on the 22nd July 2024 hopefully with minimal distruption.
